Berkeley Rep Auditions for Teen Actors

Any teens dreaming to be the next Broadway star? Maybe write the next act that features a broadway star? Or how about directing that play? The Berkeley Rep School of Theatre is holding this years seventh annual Target Teen One Acts Festival. The festival encourages inspired and talented teens to come forth with their ideas for a chance to be mentored by the school in producing their own play.

The deadlines are as follows: submit plays by December 6, 2008, apply for directing workshop by December 3, 2008, and acting auditions will be held January 10, 2008. There is also a free directing workshop with Les Waters an Obie Award winner on December 6, 2008 at 1:00pm.
