East Bay Boomtown

No longer a handful of sleepy subdivisions at the intersection of two freeways, Dublin’s population increased by 7.7 percent this year, making it the Bay Area’s fastest-growing city. Many more will soon call Dublin home, as thousands of new homes, some planned for “smart growth” transit centers, go up in the next decade.
